What changes the fee

How billing works
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Fixed-fee diagnoses take a 40% deposit to reserve the start week, with the balance due on delivery of the written readout. Packages may be paid in two instalments. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
