Information we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, optional consultation interest, team context, and message content.
- Correspondence: emails and call notes related to enquiries and engagements.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when analytics cookies are accepted (see our cookie policy).
- Engagement materials: documents and interview notes you provide during consulting work.
We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Services are intended for business clients.
Purposes
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations, invoice, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement records are retained for seven years for accounting and professional reference, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires longer retention.
Sharing
We use processors for email, hosting, and (if accepted) analytics. They act on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to protect rights and safety.
