What happens in the room
We design a short sequence of working sessions with the team present: backlog shape, WIP agreements, definition of ready/done, and release rehearsal. Between sessions we observe one planning meeting and one review, then adjust the next clinic.
Outcomes we aim for
Fewer mid-sprint surprises, clearer ownership of blocked work, and a release checklist the team actually uses. Success is measured by the team’s own language—not a borrowed maturity score.
Fit check
Best when managers already have authority to change local process. If leadership is still debating whether process change is allowed, start with fractional CTO advisory instead.
