Scope
We examine how work enters the team, how quality is defended, how releases leave the building, and how learning returns after incidents. Interviews stay selective—usually the CTO or head of engineering, two managers, and a small cross-section of individual contributors.
Deliverable
A written diagnosis with evidence, a short list of process experiments ranked by effort and impact, and a facilitated readout with your leadership group. You keep the document; we do not lock advice behind a proprietary methodology brand.
Exclusions
Security audits, tooling procurement, and end-to-end project recovery are outside this offer. If those needs appear during diagnosis, we name them and propose a separate conversation.
